General Managers, Andrew and Lori Hall Andrew and Lori moved to Nevis with their 6-year-old daughter Gia to join our team in August 2012. Nevis is not the first island that they have called “home,” having previously worked at The St. George’s Club on Bermuda. Andrew has more than 30 years experience in the hotel industry and Lori, who is a Certified Hospitality Marketing Executive, has more than 25 years experience.
	Executive Director of Guest Services, Steve Tyson Steve has a calm demeanor and enjoys getting to know our guests. As a former Nevis police officer, he is able to use his connections to help with any rare travel mishaps such as finding luggage, flights and other items. Steve has been a member of the Nisbet Plantation family since October 1999 and is an integral part of our team.
	Executive Chef, Antonio F. Piani, II Chef Tony hails from the Philippines and brings a world of experience to Nisbet Plantation. Guests enjoy the international flair the Chef brings to Nevisian dishes. Chef Tony uses local island produce and seafood as much as possible in his creations, which consistently receive rave reviews from guests and locals alike.
	Dining Room Maitre'D, Patterson Fleming There is not a guest who visits Nisbet who does not know Patterson. His reputation far exceeds St. Kitts and Nevis. It is his genuine enthusiasm, warmth, professionalism and memory for a face that make him an absolute superstar. When not greeting dining room guests, he’s leading the Crab Races on the beach to benefit our local schools. 	Wait Staff, Roslyn Jeffers A long-time member of our Wait Staff, Roslyn was voted “Caribbean Employee of the Year” by the Caribbean Hotel Association and American Express in 1999. She is immensely popular with our guests and is consistently mentioned in our guest satisfaction surveys.
	Spa Director, Valencia Griffin A native of St. Kitts and Nevis, Valencia is the creator of The Palms Spa and has been at the spa since its opening in October 2005. Valencia received her spa therapist certification in England, and has more than 10 years experience. Whether it’s the popular Signature Nisbet massage, body wrap or oxygen facial, Valencia loves pampering guests to bring another level of relaxation to their vacation.
