Breakfast: Mango Pancakes
Begin your day at Coconuts with this exotic fruit! The “breakfast ladies” will serve your morning meal with a side of love, as seen by these specialty heart-shaped pancakes. Although they are also available with coconut, pumpkin and banana, the mango flavor comes highly recommended during this special season.
Cocktails: Mango Colada
To kick off the festival, our long-standing bartenders Kaddy and Dan have crafted a refreshing mango-inspired cocktail. Filled with ripe mangoes and fresh ingredients, Fanny Nisbet’s Mango Colada gives a nod to the ancestral home of Fanny Nisbet who married Admiral Horatio Nelson.

Dinner: Mango-Themed Menu
On July 3, 2017, Chef Tony and Executive Sous Chef Elsa plan to showcase the diversity of this delicious fruit with a mango-themed meal. On this special night at the Great House, every starter, entree and dessert will exemplify sweet mango flavors. A sampling of dishes includes Nevisian conch fritters with mango mint julep dip, seared red snapper with mango-infused curry glaze and chilled mango yogurt cheesecake. View the full menu.

Mango Festival: July 6-9
For the island’s mango festival schedule, click here. For the first time ever, the festival will have a silent auction. You can even bid for a stay to Nisbet Plantation — all proceeds from the silent auction will go towards a scholarship fund for the culinary students who will be assisting the chefs at the Mango Festival events.
