Arriving at Nevis & our hotel

You’ll be happy to know that there are many options to reach our slice of paradise and peaceful
Nevis hotel. When planning your trip, consider both St. Kitts (SKB) and Nevis (NEV) airports.

Once you have booked your flights, it is important to contact the hotel with your travel
information (869-469-9325). We will have a hotel representative meet you at either airport,
and you’ll be whisked away to Nisbet Plantation. All airport transfers are included in rates on stays of 5 nights or more.

If you fly into St. Kitts, our representative Careen will meet you at the airport and transport you
to either a private water taxi or the public ferry. Nevis is separated from St. Kitts by only two
miles of water – a short and scenic boat ride.

To view the public ferry schedule, click here. It leaves Basseterre, St. Kitts nearly every hour.
Upon arrival in Charlestown, you’re an easy 20 minute taxi ride away.

Please be sure to bring your passport! It is recommended that all visitors bring valid passports
to facilitate entry and to return home. And a valid US passport is required for US citizens to
travel to and from our Caribbean island.

Flying from the US/Canada Direct Flights to St. Kitts (SKB) American Airlines: New York (JFK) to St. Kitts (SKB) 2 times weekly (Sunday and Wednesday) Miami (MIA) to St. Kitts (SKB) daily US Airways:      Charlotte (CLT) to St. Kitts (SKB) every Saturday ; Philadelphia (seasonal) Delta:               Atlanta (ATL) to St. Kitts (SKB) every Saturday in winter season Air Canada:      Toronto (YYZ) to St. Kitts (SKB) every Friday in winter season Connecting Flights Many airlines also offer connecting flights via popular Caribbean island hubs to St. Kitts (SKB) and Nevis (NEV). Airlines that fly to these hubs include American Airlines, US Airways, Delta, Continental, United and Air Canada. From the connecting hubs, there are also several small airlines that fly to Nevis.

Direct Flights to St. Kitts (SKB) British Airways has two weekly flights from London Gatwick (LGW) to St. Kitts on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Connecting Flights The most common route to St. Kitts (SKB) or Nevis (NEV) from the UK and Europe is through Antigua (ANU). British Airways operates a daily flight from London to Antigua. Other airlines offer connecting service through St. Maarten (SXM), Barbados (BGI) or St. Lucia (UVF). These include British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, BMI, KLM, and Air France. From the connecting hubs, there are several small airlines that fly to Nevis.

Connecting Flights in the Caribbean Once you arrive at a “gateway” island, there are a number of small airlines that fly the short distance to Nevis, including Liat Airlines, WinAir, Cape Air and Coastal Air. As flight schedule change, invite you to call the hotel to assist in your travel planning. WinAir has flights between Nevis and St. Maarten (SXM). Cape Air flights between San Juan and Nevis Cape Air offers service between San Juan (SJU), Puerto Rico and Nevis (NEV), West Indies. Cape Air will operate one daily flight between Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport and Vance W. Amory International Airport. *Note: Because of Nevis' small size, not all scheduled flights from the larger islands show up on the reservations systems used by some travel agents. Charter flights can also be arranged for easy connections from Antigua,St. Maarten, Montserrat, St.Croix, Dominica and St.Thomas.
