Guests of Nisbet Plantation love to visit the Botanical Gardens of Nevis where hundreds of tropical species, whose origins span the globe, create seven heavenly acres and the foremost botanical display in the Caribbean.

The Rainforest Conservatory includes ruins of a lost temple where delicate floral treasures grow in the mist of thundering waterfalls.

You will be pleased to know the Botanical Gardens has new hours. That means you can go anytime!

  • The Gardens grounds are now open seven days a week, including public holidays, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
  • The “World Art and Antiques” gift shop is open 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Saturday (closed Sundays).
  • The 1787 Bar/Bistro is open six days a week for lunch, sundowners, and dinner (closed Wednesdays). Hours are from 11:30am to 9:00pm.

A little planning will allow time for shopping in the always interesting “World Art and Antiques” gift shop or a nice lunch on the veranda.
