We are honored! Nisbet Plantation has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Hotels & Resorts in the World and once again been named as one of The 50 Best Resorts in the Caribbean in the Condé Nast Traveler 2014 Readers’ Choice Awards.
Thanks to you and other Condé Nast Traveler readers, this marks our ninth appearance on the prestigious list. With a score of 92.588, our intimate resort ranked No. 5 in the region and is the top-ranking resort on our two-island nation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
In describing our plantation inn on the beach, the editors at Condé Nast Traveler magazine state, “Staff become like family at this resort whose centerpiece is a restored 1778 plantation house on 30 acres of expansive lawns, coconut palms, and gardens. Our discerning readers are fans of Nisbet Plantation’s Sea Breeze, Coconuts, and Great House restaurants, and it’s no wonder. Executive Chef Tony (Piani) has aimed to bring locally-sourced ingredients to life with his creative, fusion cuisine.”
“It is an honor to be recognized by the discerning travelers and readers of Condé Nast Traveler magazine, and to be included among such a highly regarded group of resorts in the region,” says Alistair Forrest, general manager. “I’m proud of the ladies and gentlemen of Nisbet Plantation. This award honors their devotion to guest service and to providing a truly remarkable vacation experience.”
In the 27th annual Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice survey, more than 76,600 readers participated. Resorts are rated based upon several categories: rooms, service, food, location, design and activities.
We truly appreciate your continued support!
