Summer signifies mango season on St. Kitts and Nevis, and several varieties of the fruit are native to our two-island Federation. Here at Nisbet Plantation, Chef Tony sources the fruit from trees that grow on property as well as local farmers.
The tropical fruit is then cleverly infused into several of our Caribbean dishes.

Start your day with sliced mango, freshly squeezed mango juice or a plate of Mango Pancakes at Coconuts – a guest favorite!
At lunch, our Coconut Mango Chili Sauce provides the finishing touch to our Sea Breeze Conch Fritters. And the Pesto Chicken Roll-Up featuers a delicious Mango and Pineapple Chutney.
This July marks the 2nd annual Mango Festival on the island. Last year we welcomed the renowned Chef Marisoll who, in collaboration with our talented Executive Chef Tony, honored Mango Fest with a special menu that everyone enjoyed. Stay tuned for information on this year’s events!
