The new Surf & Turf dinner will be served on Saturday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
This special three-course plated dinner menu, created by Executive Chef Tony, will feature lighter fare such as Caribbean-inspired appetizers, Caribbean Spiny Lobster (when in season) and Gourmet Beef Burger entrees, and of course delectable desserts prepared by Pastry Chef Danilo. Menu options may change week to week, but a sample menu is available here.
Accompanying the meal will be music from a local steel pan player.
Since the Surf & Turf dinner launched earlier this summer, feedback has been positive. With many of our guests arriving on Saturday, they appreciate a more casual dinner after a day of traveling.
