Swim, Bike and Run

Swimmers will follow a triangular course that starts and finishes at the beach of Gallows Bay. The course involves a one lap swim for sprint distance athletes, two laps for the Olympic distance and 2 ½ laps for the MaccaX long distance athletes.

The long distance bike course will take cyclists on three laps around the island. The sprint and Olympic courses still offer a challenging course but without a hill climb.

The run begins in the center of Charlestown, and the course guides athletes into the countryside. Athletes of the MaccaX run will take on a one- or two-lap course depending on the runner’s category.
