Chef Tony and Pastry Chef Danilo experienced triple the “sweet success” at the 2012 Nevis Agricultural Festival on August 3.

The two chefs represented Nisbet Plantation Beach Club in three culinary competitions at the 7th annual island-wide event.

Chef Tony’s Soursop Ice Cream won the Ice Cream Competition. Pastry Chef Danilo won the Cheesecake Competition with his unbaked Chilled Passion Fruit and Piña Colada Cheesecake. This was the third year in a row that Nisbet Plantation won the Cheesecake Competition.

Chef Danilo, and his artistic skills, also won the Best Decorated Fruit Cake Competition.
